Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline
Over 5 years of experience in product design, with a solid track record of delivering successful digital products.
Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
A strong portfolio showcasing outstanding design abilities and a deep understanding of user experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capability to present and justify design choices.
Experience in an agile development environment.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

What you'll do

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive and seamless user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define and implement innovative design solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to guide design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with both business objectives and user needs.
Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Stay informed on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and leverage them to enhance our products.
Champion user-centered design practices across the organization.
Ensure consistency and coherence across all product touchpoints.
